Vitatiger Supplements SL (“VitaTiger”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to providing our customers with an efficient and hassle‑free shipping experience. This Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased through our website located at vita-tiger.com (“Website”).
VitaTiger Supplements SL (“VitaTiger”, “we”) ships exclusively within European territory. We do not currently offer international shipping outside Europe.

Shipping methods and costs
We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders:
Standard shipping: delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 business days from the order confirmation date.
Express shipping: delivery usually takes between 1 and 2 business days from the order confirmation date.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight and destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Order processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day from order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, holidays and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight or content. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product that is prohibited by law or cannot be shipped safely.

When you can return a product
You may request a return of a product in the following cases:
· The product arrived defective, damaged or does not match the website description.
· You received the wrong item compared to your order.
· The product is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.

Non‑eligible returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
· Products that have been used, opened or damaged after receipt.
· Products without original packaging or with missing parts.
· Products that have been customised or personalised.

How to start a return
The process is simple, follow these three steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return authorization. Write to us at info@vita-tiger.com or via WhatsApp.
2. Provide your order number, product details and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
· If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method or provide you with a replacement product, as requested.
· If your request is rejected, we will provide you with the reasons for the rejection and return the product to you, at your expense.
· Please note that shipping and handling costs are non‑refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

This returns policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain. VitaTiger reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with changes becoming effective upon their publication on the page.
